1. When will my product ship?
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service delays may change shipping times
2. Should I take this product if I have a medical condition?
It is recommended that you speak to your physician before taking any supplements when you have a medical or health condition. 4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@moodco.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Is my information secure?
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. We do not store your card information for purchases.
6. What is your refund policy?
Items purchased are not eligible for return or exchange unless Mood.LLC is notified via e-mail within 12 hours of purchase at info@themoodco.shop and ONLY if order has not shipped.
